Sona papadi receipe


Sift together 1 ¼ cups gram flour and 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour. Heat 250 g ghee and add the flour to it. Roast till g
olden and keep aside.
Make sugar syrup by heating together 1.5 cups sugar, 1.5 cups water and 2 tbsp milk.
Pour sugar syrup into flour mixture and mix well. Pour onto a greased surface and sprinkle with some cardamom seeds. Cut into small squares and serve!
