This is what you call humor…

One day, a girl was sitting in the veranda with her elderly grandmother. Just then, her boyfriend arrived there.

The girl said to her boyfriend:

“Did you bring Ram Pal Yadav’s book, ‘Dad Is at Home’?”

The boy replied: “No, I came to get Keemti Anand’s book, ‘Where Should I Wait for You?’”

The girl said: “I don’t have that book. I have Prem Bajpayee’s ‘Under the Mango Tree’.”

The boy said: “Alright. When you come, bring Anand Bakshi’s ‘Call You in Five Minutes’.”

The girl replied: “Okay. I will definitely bring John Abraham’s ‘Won’t Let You Down’.”

The boy touched the grandmother’s feet respectfully and left.

Grandmother: “My dear, how does this boy read so many books?”

Girl: “Yes, Grandma. In our class, he is very intelligent and wise.”

Grandmother: “Oh really, child? Then tell him to read Munshi Premchand’s ‘Old People Are Not Stupid’ at least once.”

ಹಾಸ್ಯ ಅಂದರೆ ಇದು . .

ಒಂದು ಸಲ ಒಬ್ಬ ಹುಡುಗಿ ವಯಸ್ಸಾದ ತನ್ನ ಅವ್ವ ನ ಜೊತೆ ವೆರಾಂಡಾ ದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಳಿತಿದ್ದಳು. ಆವಾಗ ಅಲ್ಲಿಯೇ ಅವಳ ಬಾಯ್ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್ ಬಂದು ಬಿಟ್ಟ.

ಆ ಹುಡುಗಿ ತನ್ನ ಬಾಯ್ ಫ್ರೆಂಡ್ ಗೆ ಹೀಗೆ ಹೇಳಿದಳು . .

" ನೀವು ರಾಮ್ ಪಾಲ್ ಯಾದವ್ ಅವರ ಪುಸ್ತಕ, " Dad is at Home " ತಂದಿದ್ದೀರಾ ? "

ಹುಡುಗ : " ಇಲ್ಲ ನಾನು ಕೀಮತೀ ಆನಂದ್ ಅವರ, " Where should I wait for you " ? ಪುಸ್ತಕ ಒಯ್ಯಲು ಬಂದಿರುವೆ ".

ಹುಡುಗಿ : ಆ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಇಲ್ಲ. ನನ್ನ ಬಳಿ ಪ್ರೇಮ್ ಬಾಜ್ಪೇಯಿ ಅವರ, " Under the Mango Tree " ಇದೆ.

ಹುಡುಗ : ಸರಿ. ನೀನು ಬರುವಾಗ ಆನಂದ್ ಬಕ್ಷಿ ಅವರ, " Call You In Five Minutes " ತೊಗೊಂಡು ಬಾ.

ಹುಡುಗಿ : Ok. ನಾನು ಜಾನ್ ಅಬ್ರಾಹಂ ಅವರ, " Won't Let You Down " ಪುಸ್ತಕ ತಪ್ಪದೇ ತೆಗೆದು ಕೊಂಡು ಬರ್ತೀನಿ.

ಹುಡುಗ ಅವ್ವನ ಚರಣ ಸ್ಪರ್ಶ ಮಾಡಿ ಹೋಗಿಬಿಡುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಅವ್ವ : ಮಗಳೇ ಈ ಹುಡುಗ ಎಷ್ಟೊಂದು ಪುಸ್ತಕಗಳು ಅದು ಹೇಗೆ ಓದುತ್ತಾನೆ ?

ಹುಡುಗಿ : ಅವ್ವ ಹೌದು. ನಮ್ಮ ಕ್ಲಾಸ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಇವನು ತುಂಬಾ ವಿವೇಕಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಜಾಣ.

ಅವ್ವ : ಹೌದಾ ಬೇಟಿ ! ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಅವನಿಗೆ ಮುನ್ಶಿ ಪ್ರೇಮಚಂದ್ ಅವರ, " Old people are not stupid " ಪುಸ್ತಕವನ್ನು ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಓದಲು ಹೇಳು.
